Alcatel Idol 4 Smartphone Review - GADGET-INNOVATIONS

After using 2-3 weeks it is my final verdict on Alcatel Idol 4 Smartphone.

Alcatel Idol 4 has nice Camera on both side of the phone with LED Flash on both sides. It has 5.2 Inches Glassy body on the both sides with buttery smooth finish. It has Metal frame on sides.  It comes with the Virtual Reality Experience with the Bundled VR Set in the box including JBL Branded Earphones for Theatre Picture and Theatre Surround Sound.

Due to its glossy body it feels slippery but no worry as it has perfect size of 5.2" for Single Hand Operation easily.  It has only 16GB onboard storage but 256GB expansion support is given on the Hybrid Second Sim Slot.  Finger print is missing but for security purpose it has other options in it. OTG support is also given in this phone. It has Bluetooth - NFC - WiFi - WiDi - FM Feaure in it and for crystal clear sound it has Wave Feature with equalizer settings and supported with JBL Brand Earphones.

With Snapdragon Processor and 3GB of Ram and Android Marshmallow Operating System, Heavy 3D Games runs smoothly on it and that is also without any lag I personally played Asphalt-8 Game on it.  Yes, it heats while gaming but as it heats quickly it also cool down very fast with its glassy body. It has 13MP Touch Focus Camera on its back with dual tone LED Flash and 8MP on Front that is also has a LED Flash support for low light condition selfies.

It can record Slow-motion videos, 360degree photos and also has a feature to upload live videos on Social Media directly with TIZR preinstalled app in it. It comes with Boom key functions and gestures also given to enhance the user experience. VR Launch Inbuild app given for VR Set operation.  VR Store option is also available in the smartphone for user support to get 3D games -videos and other 3D contents on it.

For power backup it packs only 2610mAh Battery in it that has Micro USB 2.0 Fast charging feature.

It can fully charge in approx. one hour and lasts up to morning to evening 7-8 hours with 1 hour gaming + 2hrs surfing and calling etc. So it is satisfactory and good enough.

Overall it is a premium looking nice phone in the price range of 17K. It is available in three color variants. Gold, Silver Grey and Dark Grey.

And I'll give it 8 points out of 10 to this Smartphone.
