Redmi India Entering To The Audio Category With Redmi Earbuds S

Xiaomi, India’s number one smartphone and smart TV brand, today announced their first Redmi audio product in India. With their first audio product in India, Redmi plans to delve deeper into the accessories and ecosystem space. Redmi Earbuds S aims to bring true wireless audio experience to everyone, designed to cater to the growing need of a high quality affordable true wireless solution.

Redmi Earbuds S come in an incredibly compact design, both the buds and the case. The buds are crafted to fit snugly in the ear canal ensuring long hours of use and minimal ear fatigue. The case, in its matte black finish is also designed to take up minimum space, making it easily pocketable. Easy Bluetooth pairing, along with great tactile feedback from the earbuds’ buttons provide a hassle free experience. Redmi Earbuds S provide a high level of versatility thanks to the single button interface, which can be used to receive/end calls, play/pause music, summon voice assistants and activate a dedicated gaming mode.

The dedicated gaming mode (low latency mode) brings class leading wireless latency to 122ms,  reducing  audio lag while playing games. Redmi Earbuds S are capable of providing 12 hours of usage with the charging case.  For enhanced usability in multiple scenarios, Redmi Earbuds S come with IPX4 rating, making it sweat and splash resistant. 

Redmi Earbuds S are tuned according to the auditory preference of Indian users. They offer an immersive sound experience thanks to the 3 different sized silicon tips which provide the right fit and passive noise isolation. Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) allows crystal clear call quality with the built in microphones.

Availability

Redmi Earbuds S will be available in black. The product retails for INR 1799 and will be available on mi.com, Mi homes, Mi Studios, Mi Stores, Mi Commerce and Amazon starting 27 May 2020 at 12 noon. It will soon be available across all retail channels.
