officially launched its first Android application, CallerDesk Connect.
Designed with the needs of solopreneurs, startups, and small and medium-sized
enterprises (SMEs) in mind, the app transforms a regular smartphone into a
full-featured business calling system, offering users a faster, simpler way to
manage voice communication on the move.
The app was
developed in response to growing feedback from users who cited the lack of
simple, mobile-friendly solutions for handling business calls without relying
on complex CRMs or desktop interfaces. It addresses this gap by offering a
mobile-first communication tool tailored for teams that work on the move.
CallerDesk Connect
enables users to make and receive calls, access real-time call logs and
recordings, send SMS or WhatsApp messages, manage availability, and monitor
team performance—all within a clean, intuitive interface. Key features include
lead tagging (hot, warm, cold), spam blocking, and easy access to call
recordings and notes, fully synced with the web dashboard.
Ideal for field
sales teams, remote agents, and business owners, the app requires no technical
training and integrates smoothly with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared,
Freshsales, and Facebook Lead Ads, ensuring that lead data and follow-ups are
always up to date.
Now available
exclusively in India, the application reinforces the platform’s India-first
strategy. CallerDesk Connect can be downloaded via the Google Play Store and is
compatible with Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and above.

A global rollout is planned, with availability in other regions to follow based
