The theme for day 2 of NTLF 2021 highlighted the new playbook for the hyper-digital future

 

 

As the Indian technology industry marches towards the next decade of Hyper-Digital future, Trust, Innovation, Resilience and Agility will be the key ingredients for India to emerge as the hub for technology innovation globally. The Day 2 of the NASSCOM Technology & Leadership Forum (NTLF) 2021 highlighted the theme, Hyper Digital Future – The new Playbook.

 

Despite headwinds in 2020, Indian tech contributed ~8% relative share to the national GDP and rallied round to grow at 2.3% year on year at the back of rapid acceleration in digital transformation and tech adoption. As we enter the new normal, NASSCOM highlighted the four key areas that will shape the new playbook for the hyper-digital future. These include Customer-centric operational focus; Building expertise in the remote operating model; Accelerated digital capability building; and Expanding access in emerging and growth sectors.

 

Day 2 at NTLF 2021 saw CEO’s from top IT companies, HR professionals and others industry leaders which included, Chuck Robbins, CEO CISCO Systems, Thierry Delaporte, CEO & MD Wipro limited, C Vijayakumar, CEO HCL, Salil Parekh, CEO & MD, Infosys,  Rajashree R, CMO, TCS, Kunal Bahl, Co-Founder & CEO, Snapdeal, Eric S. Yuan, CEO, ZOOM, Sanjay Poonen, COO, VMware, Supria Dhanda, Vice President & Country Manager, Western Digital India, among others. The leaders deliberated around some of the key topics which included Building the better normal; Tech trends that will shape the future; People-centric innovation; Future of workplace & talent; Playbook for DeepTech innovation and much more.
