Zaggle, a leading award winning FinTech company was conferred with the Best Employee Engagement Award in the B2B segment in the Employee Engagement Leadership Awards Category at the 29th edition of World HRD Congress & Awards 2021. The World HRD Congress operates as an independent non-profit organisation with the goal of making “work and working lives better”.
World HRD Congress is the largest HR event in the world. It had over 1,870 professionals from over 133 countries in attendance this year. The highlights of the Awards’ were, outstanding business achievements in categories such as HR Technology, Diversity and Inclusion, Women Leaders in HR, among others. Global HRD Congress Awards are given to institutions annually for the Best HR practices under different categories. Eminent jury which consists of the best in industry selects the organizations taking into account their remarkable achievements in HR.
In its 29th edition, the theme revolved around elements such as trust at work; passion at work and agility at work. There were around 27 categories to celebrate excellence and innovation in the employee engagement sector.
