Fujifilm India Pvt Ltd, a pioneer in electronic imaging and optical devices has recently inagurated new service and  repair centres across eleven cities in India like Lucknow, Jaipur, Patiala, Ludhiana, Hyderabad, Ranchi, Guwahati, Patna, Bhubaneswar. With these new centres, Fujifilm aims to expand its services to tier-2 markets in the country. 

 

 

 

 

Service centres are an integral part of customer experience and with enhanced service facility and assistance, Fujifilm is further amplifying and expanding its market presence in India to cater to the audience. Fujifilm India has always been committed to deliver world class products and services to all.  In order to reach maximum customers and ensure everyone gets the services, Fujifilm India has opened authorised service centres at eleven new locations where it would provide service and repair facilities for Electronic Imaging and Instax.

 

 

 


All these authorised service centres are capable of providing repair service for Instax completely. For Electronic Imaging, these service centres are authorised for L1 (Sensor/Lens cleaning and Firmware update).  Earlier for cleaning and firmware update, customers had to submit the product at the collection point, which was a complicated process. But the opening of these authorised service centres has simplified the whole process for customers and they can now get their product on the same day after the cleaning and firmware update is done.
