CanAm Enterprises is pleased to announce that it has been named as one of the Top 25 Immigration Companies in the world by UGlobal, a dynamic education, networking and marketing platform that focuses on global residency by investment (RCBI) programs worldwide.
That recognition is especially notable given the unique challenges created by the global pandemic. “Although the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted many real estate projects across the U.S., CanAm not only brought its EB-5 investment projects to fruition during this time but also reached a major leading milestone,” said CanAm President and CEO Tom Rosenfeld.
In addition to the $452 million in CanAm deals that repaid in full and on time in 2020, an additional $228 million in CanAm deals also repaid in full and ahead of maturity in 2021. As a result, CanAm has now reached the important milestone of more than $2 billion in EB-5 capital repaid from 46 different real estate and infrastructure projects on behalf of approximately 4,000 investor families from around the world.
