Leading enterprise managed workspace provider Incuspaze revealed a 45% spike in demand for enterprise managed office spaces in Q1. The workspace provider currently possesses a total of 10,000 + seats in key cities, namely Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Ahmedabad, Vadodara Mumbai, Indore, Kochi, Trivandrum, Lucknow out of which 3000+ were added in Q1’22.
Demand for managed spaces in these cities is driven by corporations with a significant employee base across cities and are keen to continue working from close to their hometowns. In addition, many organizations are also taking this route for economic expansion domestically.
Incuspaze plans to fulfil this rising demand by opening new centers in key cities and focusing their operations on the said markets. In order to fulfil, this rising demand, the firm has acquired additional space of over 300,000 SF in Q1’22 in Gurgaon, Noida, Ahmedabad, Bhuvneshwar, Coimbatore, Kochi and Trivandrum, interior fit-out work is underway in all these cities and these centers will be live in next 45-60 days.
As one of the only managed workspace providers working on the Search-Build-Manage model in India, the company has a footprint across 30+ locations in 10 different cities. Incuspaze caters to over 1000 organizations across all enterprises and high growth start-ups. The company aims to expand into more key upcoming Indian cities in 2022.
Driven by reverse migration, focus on talent across regions and cost of living, cities other than the key metros are perfectly poised to witness a significant upswing in hybrid workplaces.
