Mi India, India’s number one smartphone and smart TV brand, emerged as the most trusted smartphone brand in India as per TRA Brand Trust Report 2020. According to the report, Mi India has also been recognized as India’s second Most Trusted Brand across all product categories.
The tenth edition of TRA’s Brand Trust Report 2020 is a syndicated research conducted for 8,000 unique brands amongst thousands of consumer-influencers across 16 cities in India.
As per the report Mi India has truly redefined consumer experience through its innovative products and robust quality. Delivering strong consumer connect with trust has largely contributed to the brand’s success in India.
The objective of the study was to evaluate the brands who have gained and retained the trust of the consumers especially during these uncertain times. Mi India has been ranked for its consumer centric brand model and rewarded for trust by their consumers.
