A Leadership Program For Women Entrepreneurs In The Country With The First Cohort Of Over 50 Women
The program, in partnership with Unlock Impact offers an 8-week curriculum for women entrepreneurs to unlock the best leader in them, to empower and build resilient and successful enterprises
Project 'Her&Now’, implemented by the German international development cooperation agency Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH collaborates with social impact consultancy Unlock Impact to launch “SHELeads”, an 8-week virtual leadership program for women entrepreneurs in India, to unleash leadership skills and empower women on building resilient and successful enterprises.
SHEleads kicks off on International Women’s Day, 8th March 2021. It presents a learn-at-your-own pace curriculum with a series of interconnected online sessions that will prepare women entrepreneurs to lead in a Covid-19 world.
The eight-week-long online program designed and developed by Unlock Impact, with funding support from the GIZ Project Her&Now aims to engage women entrepreneurs and enable them to find their own leadership style. Discussions and courses will cover topics like Mindframe Building, Overcoming the Imposter Syndrome, Personal Branding, Access to Capital, Effective Leadership, Unconscious Biases, and Post-Program Networking.
The programme includes pre-work exercises, video lessons and post-session exercises. There is also a concluding networking session to build solidarity and facilitate a solid network of women leaders.
